Brands confirm that their product and offer comply with State, Local, and Federal regulatory guidelines.

3. Compliance with Social Media Guidelines

Brands acknowledge that their products and offers comply with the moral standards in the community guidelines of social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.

By submitting a listing, brands affirm that they have conducted due diligence and researched the community guidelines of Meta and TikTok.

4. Enforcement and Violations

If any of the above policies are not met, the service will be subject to cancellation and removal from the community with no refund.
