Same engine, different mode. The Launch Campaign is time-boxed — all four engines fire into a single 2–8 week window built around a moment. The Program is always-on — the engine runs continuously, compounding month after month. Most brands start with a Campaign and mature into the Program.
How long is a typical Program commitment?
The Program is built to compound, so we recommend committing for at least three to six months for the engine to fully show what it can do. The retainer is monthly, the relationship is durable — most of our clients run with us for years.
What's included in the retainer vs. budgeted separately?
